The person picking up the keys from was extremely rude, and very unfriendly. Gave a very bad first impression.

"A lovely apartment"

The apartment was really nice. Comfortable beds. Well equiped.

A few small points. A mirror in the main bedroom would be good ss would a hook on the bathroom door as nowhere to hang towels.

Very difficult to get access. Late getting information how to get in . Shop with keys had no idea where the property was. Totally unhelpful! Trying to download videos in the street in pouring rain. No information about which room without phone calls. £300 deposit unreasonable. Already paid a cleaning fee!! Don’t use PayPal!
