Modern & Spacious 2 bed Merchant City Apart-High St

The location was great. Close to supermarket, pubs, restaurants etc. The apartment was in a secure building with underground parking. Instructions provided were detailed and of great assistance. Would recommend.

No food staples were provided ie coffee, tea bags, sugar. Unfortunately some clothing was accidentally left behind in the wardrobe and was unable to be retrieved by us even though we were willing to return to pick it up. Apparently the clothing could not be located.

We stayed at the apartment for almost a week and really appreciated its central location and the convenience of having all the necessary amenities. The rooms were great and spacious, and the living room offered a lovely view of High Street, which added to the charm of the stay. The bathroom and heating system worked well, ensuring a comfortable stay. Overall, this apartment has a lot of potential with some minor improvements.

However, there are a few maintenance issues that need attention. The living room lamp, chair legs, and kitchen cabinets require fixing. Additionally, we found that the dishwasher had leftover food, which was little disappointing.

Unfortunately, nothing positive to say. We booked the accommodation based on the pictures, but when we arrived, we were told that the heating was not working and we had to move to another accommodation. This was in an area we specifically wanted to avoid – and even there, the heating didn’t work! An absolute disaster! Be cautious with this provider!

The accommodation we were sent to was partially dirty, the heating didn’t work at all, and the beds were only suitable for one person at most. It was extremely uncomfortable to sleep there.

The location, the flat and the views. There are numerous bars, restaurants and cafes within walking distance and being the centre of the city is itself a bonus.

The poor quality and broken fixtures and fittings, the convoluted way to obtain the keys, the miscommunications with the owners. Overall, it was a stressful and disappointing experience that I would not like to repeat.

The apartment was very central , early check in was very handle , access in & out of building was very easy . Overall a lovely apartment

Location was perfect. Brilliant Bar just up the street playing good music. The owner was very understanding and no complaints.

the toilet was not cleaned inside and there was skid marks when we go there so maybe a little more attention to detail of cleanliness

Loved the location and the apartment! It's very clean, nicely furnished, very comfy beds, loved the 2 bathrooms, parking was ideal in the basement of the apartment building, great amenities, lovely view. Also, stores and really great restaurants (for breakfast 😋) are just outside your front door. Also, communication with the rental agency was quick and good.
