Thick curtains,not thin blinds are needed - it was draughty until the heating kicked in

There is nothing to like about this property. I would give the property and the host 0/10 if I could.

When first walking in, we were overwhelmed by the smell of cheap cleaning solution. Then, we noticed that the linens and arrangement of furniture were not as advertised. Finally, we saw the filth. The leather couch and dining room chairs were covered in foul stains, stained bedroom carpet, broken furniture, broken dishwater, and absolute filth in the bathroom molding and soap dispensers. The place was a nightmare to walk into. We did not stay, immediately called Booking.com and left.

Stairs

Host were very responsive and directed well.to the premises. Check in was easy and smooth. Premises were tidy and clean, the welcome kit and other amenities were good, the location was perfect. On street parking right next to the flat was helpful. Proximity to the city centre was a great plus.. Overall, had a pleasant stay !!

The flat was on the second floor and there wasnt a lift, Hence had to carry the baggage manually. Would have been good if it was mentioned in the description The dishwasher was broken

The lounge was comfy

There was a strong smell in the unit, made my friend sick and gave me the sneezes and headaches The unit wasn’t very clean, especially the windows The common area, stair way, was filthy The back yard were the bins were was like a rubbish tip Very creaky uneven floors and the windows wouldn’t stay open Dangerous shower over bath with no grab rail

the accommodation is good, comfortable, the location is also good

The refund took a very long time, a deposit of 150 pounds, only after I contacted Booking.com they sent me the money back, the program also did not work, so they demanded that the money be sent directly to the card... only because of this I do not want to return to these apartments, it spoils the rating, the owner also communicates very poorly, I wrote about the refund, he did not answer me... I do not recommend these apartments only because of the owner's attitude towards his guests... or I advise the owner to change the refund policy...
