Location was excellent. A bit noisy but to be expected with the Shanty festival so no issue for us.

The cleanliness was not good in the kitchen. Sofas were grubby and cushions/ rugs needed a good wash . Bathroom was fine and bedding good. The apartment needs a good deep clean in my view.

Windows were very difficult to open,which is awful in month of June.

Unfortunately the selling view of the harbour was obscured by scaffolding around the building, The coolng fans were not up to the job, so bedrooms were so uncomfortable at night. Car parking wasn't available as the annual food festival was on in the car park all weekend until Tuesday night, so had a 10 minute walk with luggage in 32 degrees not fun...could have done with pre warning.

Owner let us know about scaffolding at property only 3/4 days before our stay. They promised us a stay out of season if we paid for the handover fee only but have since ignored our messages requesting payment of the car park fees, as there per their statement in their confirmation email that they would honour the 24 hour parking fee at £8.50 which was actually £12 for 24 hours, so £24 for our stay duration. Also the property above us made noise by walking on heels or walking an elephant or similarly heavy entity at 12.30am on Monday morning (Sunday night!) until 2am. It was not made clear when booking the stay through Booking.com that we would not be able to access the property due to ridiculous road restrictions which mean that no one can access the area where the public car park is between 11am and 4pm. If this had been disclosed we would have booked elsewhere as my 80 year old mother has mobility problems as does our 14 year old dog and we had to find somewhere to park 15 minutes walk away from the location in the pouring rain and carry our dog. Nightclub directly opposite was not disclosed as such but deceitfully described as a restaurant but was student night club open until 3am. Poor show!

The flat was welcoming, comfortably decorated, and like home from home. Fantastic central.location with the most stunning view from the kitchen/ diner. Really comfortable beds, lounge space,tv in each room, and a well provided kitchen. Excellent communication from the owners with good recommendations for pubs, eating out, etc

The only thing that worried us was the main door/entrance access, which was on the main street in Falmouth town, which wasn't very secure. The number access pin pad was closing securely. I messaged the owners.

Lovely, clean and tidy apartment. Great facilities and comfy beds. Central to everything we needed.

The only downside was how close it was to pubs and clubs. Pretty noisy on a Friday and Saturday night.
