it was spacious compared to the last place and cozy. we loved the rooms and ability to get comfortable and relax between site seeing.

we did have difficulty with the laundry. It did not dry the clothes. everything else was wonderful.

"Good location for low price"

The location is quite good, thirty minutes walk to the city centre. You have a view of the castle from the apartment. The apartment was clean, has two bathrooms. You can check-in anytime since they offer self check-in. The money that I sent as a deposit came back in two days. The owners answer questions quickly.

The apartment was clean, but the equipment could use some renovation. One of the pelmets was nearly coming of the wall, the furniture (mostly the kitchen and bathroom) is quite worn off. Even though I booked for 5 people, the couch was not ready for sleeping (I kind of expected it to be prepared, or at least sheets and blanket on the couch). The deposit is 100 pounds, but it you are out of UK, you will get back only 90 pounds due to bank fees of the owner (that is something you don’t know before booking).

"Comfy apartment and good deal"

A very nice apartment and spacious for 5 of us. Clean and nice decoration of the living room and bedroms. We like the 2 bathrooms and the kitchen with cookwares. Good location and easy traffic to the city center.

The sofabed was broken but it was fine to put the mattress on the floor and we slept well. Toilet rolls were not adequate for 2 nights and we bought them from the city.The lift didn't stop on the 4th floor. We either walked down or up for one level. (But it should have been fixed)

The city was accessible and transportation was near to reach Andrew square and towards to all tour sites. Good apartment.

Need to fix the light switch and curtain rode which were like about to fall. All other were fine.

Location very rough area

Owner demanded more money over the phone for the apartment when we arrived we waited for 1 hour for his friend to show up to collect additional £100 and give us the keys they never showed up

great location ... bit difficult to get to due to .. the tram system as it is one way system.. And directions given .. were not so great ... could have been better..

place was clean .. host was being too particular about cleanliness. .. about charging for every stain that may be caused..
