Cosy and spacious. Good location with easy access to the city centre. Warm and quiet area.

Few little repairs needed. Toilet roll holders falling off. Carpet needing stuck down. Otherwise it's a great little apartment

"Lovely apartment, helpful owners just in need of a few repairs."

Easy access to buses to travel across Edinburgh to various destinations. Good decor, spacious, everything we needed including cot, iron, ironing board, hairdryer. Clean and very comfortable.

Door to ensuite didn't shut properly, toilet roll holder nearly coming off wall. Kitchen cupboard door missing and laminate peeling on others, kitchen floor chipped - could do with replacing - but all clean and everything worked.

The accomodation is quite good, but we found a very unpolite host. After we paid in advance the booking, he told us that we would be charged if we would have been arrived after 9 pm. We got a late flight and we arrived at 9.07 pm, and he charged us. Moreover, always after the payment of the booking, he told us that there would have been a deposit caution and that we can pay it cash. But when we arrived, he said that he would have transfer the money with the bank account anyway (even if we have paid cash) and we have been charged with 10 pounds more to have our money back. So i won’t recommend this accomodation because we have left 30 pounds for anything.
