Cromwell House

The bedrooms and bathrooms were great, clean and spacious (although one of the toilet seats was unable to raise fully). Did not use the lounge room as the wall looked like it had mold on the wall; pillows, lounge and carpet looked like they could use a good clean. Had to buy our own frying pans and the pans in the kitchen were disgusting).

Unclean, rang and sent photos . No guest book with details re wifi etc

It was in a really good location but next to a really busy road. The house was spacious and had everything you need for your stay. Directions on the email to the parking space were really good.

Being on a busy road so the front of the house was really noisy. Could do with blackout curtains as the light from outside made the bedroom light. It did look like it's been a student let also.

Great location in the heart of the historical centre of Chester.

Location,short walk into city which was ideal for our Xmas shopping trip. Plenty of space and having 3 bathrooms was a bonus👍

Nothing really,one of the group commented that a mirror in the largest bedroom would have been a good addition as nowhere to blow dry hair.

Traffic noise. Needs a good paint throughout. Sign on the wall for car parking has faded and the key lock on the wall is guess 1 from 4

Very central with the main shopping streets a few minutes walk away. Free parking at the property. House was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Good communication from the hosts.

The house was on a very busy main road and the constant traffic noise made sleep difficult even with ear plugs. The bedrooms were spacious but the beds were quite small, a king size or even super king would have fitted comfortably.

Location was excellent. Easy check in . Good bed linen and towels.

Mattress on middle floor uncomfortable. Showers would run very hot if someone else was showering. So timed a shower 🧼 bearcat time

The location was excellent as we went to Chester races, the kitchen was well equipped. The lounge was a bit small but tbf we tending to sit around the kitchen table so it was all good
