Cromwell House

Neighbour sat on garden bench seemed to be taking a video or photo when we getting out of car. First evening of stay a woman was knocking loudly at the front door shouting it was her house let me in. It was quite scary it was 9.45 in the evening. Stair carpet was quite dirty and walls needed a paint. To many air fresheners around the house. It also smelt a bit like a sewer. Toilet roll holder in en-suite was very rusty. The house felt a bit souless.

Location, space, great rooms for groups

Stairs… 4 storey great but not for the old or injured carrying suitcases.

Excellent location with parking. Very spacious period property over 3 floors. Full of character.

Excellent location, clean & tidy.

Excellent, central location. Very short walk to the centre of Chester and the race course. Plenty of space, large bedrooms and kitchen/dining area.

The property is located on the main road through the city so the rooms at the front are quite noisy. The hot water system does not allow multiple showers to be operated simultaneously. Disconcerting when you are in the shower and the water flow stops!
