Great location, spotlessly clean and the Kitchen area was great for cooking and dining and socialising.

Water pressure was poor so showers were very lacklustre.

clean, modern accommodation. 2 minutes walk from town centre. Everything supplied to make stay easy & comfortable.

Noise from traffic.

Location was excellent. Great space and well equipped.

Beds a bit small considering size of room

Great location for getting into the city. Comfortable beds with good quality linens. Kitchen was extremely well equipped. Communication with our hosts when there was a problem was excellent and the issue was addressed swiftly.

Appeared to be a historical problem with water leaking from a damaged gutter. Due to exceptional rainfall this became a major issue with water ingress into 3 rooms, however, the hosts were able to quickly organise repairs to the guttering and kept us informed which was greatly appreciated!

Location is perfect..big bedrooms and beds very comfortable and clean. If you stay here you must have a soak in the bath

Beautiful house, huge bedrooms, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully stocked with things like extra pillows, coffee machine/cafetiere, towels etc. Great location, easily walkable distance to shops in Chester centre. Would recommend the property to anyone

Close to town centre and the new Chester Market literally accross the road. Easy parking for one car with check in super simple. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk to get you started. Spacious and airy. Beds super comfortable though lower than I expected. Plenty of bathrooms and showers. Plenty of storage if staying a while. Large kitchen with plenty of utensils and large fridge freezer given size property is for.

Clear signs of wear and tear with scuffs all over walls and cracks in some plaster and paintwork - nothing a coat of paint wouldn't fix. If you are a light sleeper the noise from road and bright light that comes round blind will be an issue. No tablets for dishwasher - host informed. A high dust on the next clean for cobwebs - host informed. A chair in each bedroom would be nice as beds quite low and the rooms are big enough to take them.

We were getting Married and the Hosts left me and my husband a bottle of Prosecco and a card, so touched and so thoughtful x would recommend this property, very spacious and great location.

Perfect location for Chester centre. Great sized bedrooms and kitchen/dining area.

The lounge felt a little small for the amount of guests the property can accommodate. The property is on a main road so the noise may bother some people.
