It was very wet; it would have been helpful to be warned how easy it is for the velux windows to dump rainwater into the room!

The flat was lovingly decorated and it provided everything we needed. Viv the host was amazing and we had a very warm welcome! The calm surrounding with the garden was beautiful and perfect to relax. We can definitely recommend!

Viv was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. They gave us suggestions of things near by and gifted us eggs from the chickens.It was a wonderful peaceful stay away from the busy city I'm used to

"Lovely Devon country retreat"

A beautiful, quiet place to relax. Wonderful flower meadow with a Shepard's hut was a lovely spot to read and contemplate life. Viv was a welcoming host and provided lots of good advice on activities in the area and local places to eat.

Be prepared for narrow country lanes to get to the property. It wasn't a problem but helpful to be aware.

Calm peaceful location Beautifully decorated, with everything you could need Friendly hosts

Got lost trying to find it the first time but my fault for trusting the sat nav! Take note of the location sent by the host and look it up on the map before you go. It's worth it though as the location is fantastic 👌
