Host & Stay - Beach View

Clean and stylish interior in a fantastic location.

Nothing, I couldn’t fault the experience.

The location of the property was fantastic. The living room has huge bay windows which made the room bright and airy. The family dining table was also placed in the bay windows which made it a perfect setting for having a meal. We could watch the sun set in the evenings as we ate dinner. The acoustics of the building were also very good. There was no noise or banging doors from other guests in nearby apartments. The TV in the living room was huge with every channel you could think of. The kids loved a bit of downtime after a busy day on the beach. The lighting system in the apartment was perfect. Everything from super well lit to low and relaxing in the evenings. The kitchen was superbly equipped with clean, new amenities including a washer/dryer.

View and quite location. Beds comfortable.

Parking. I think a parking permit would be a nice gesture. Most of local accomodation give free parking cards.

Liked location, comfy bed, lovely bath. Facilities good and warm inside. Large bedroom is super.

Small bedroom awkward for two adults...no storage space and no room around bed.

Position of the apartment, view from the window was great, overlooking the sea. Had everything you needed in appliances, was very comfortable to just sit and relax in the evening after a day of exploring.

Only thing that did annoy me was the radiator in the en suite didn't work so struggled to dry towels after using them.

The location and view was excellent. The apartment was very clean and tidy and also very well equipped. It was comfortable and the rooms were well set out and spacious. We would definitely stay again on future occasions.

We couldn't turn the heating on and it was very cold on arrival. There were several plug in heaters that soon warmed the flat up though. We couldn't get the towel rail in the en suite to work so had to use wet towels the following morning to dry ourselves on and it was very cold in the bathroom. Also, because there was a very strong drainage smell from the en suite, which was highly pungent, we had the keep the door closed, so were unable to heat the bathroom with the residual heat from the plug in heater in the bedroom.

The apartment was very clean and good location.

Upon arrival i found the radiator in living room and master bedroom did not work.It was really cold..I had my 2 yr old who has disabilities and extra needs.There was no running hot water in kitchen, no tea towel or dish cloth and a tiny bit of washing up liquid which only done one wash. I had to have an engineer come out which ruined our first night..he could not mend radiators (there were electric heaters in the property..in the rooms where the heating didn't work)but could not use these due to being dangerous to my little one as he bottom shuffles.The engineer said an electrician would come first thing the following morning..He did not come so we were left with no heating in 2 rooms.The engineer had to move furniture to fit my travel cot in smaller bedroom but I could not sleep in there with my baby due to the bed being very very creaky.My child(who suffers seizures)had to sleep in a different room to me so he would be warm..I had to sleep in the freezing cold room. The living room was very cold on a morning due to radiator not working, I spent my break constantly messaging host and stay with no resolution of getting radiators fixed. This has completely ruined our break away. I have stayed in this apartment before,I know how everything works (this was the reason I booked again). I am so very upset over the whole situation.
