The Studio @ 93 Bernard Rd

The studio is well presented with all the conveniences you can think of. A well equipped kitchen, generous bathroom and attractive decor. I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There are no issues to complain about when it comes to the studio and how it’s managed.

Communication before I arrived was first class. All the information needed for my stay was clearly explained and given to me in good time by my friendly hosts. I arrived by Bus - at a stop literally 20 steps from the property. The instructions on how to enter the studio flat were clear and easy to follow. Once inside, I felt very quickly at home. A beautifully appointed and lovingly decorated roomy space had everything as described - which was everything that I wanted and needed. The Bathroom and Kitchen are fantastic. The property is in a lovely peaceful area - served by many bus routes which suits my way of getting around, perfectly. I've stayed in many places on my travels and this is one of my favourites. Highly Recommended +++++

There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like about my stay! Everything I wanted or needed was in place. I would recommend this Studio to anyone who needs to visit Brighton. If and when I return I will be looking to stay here again. P.S. I work in the holiday letting industry currently looking after over 300 properties and wish this was one I looked after!

Could perhaps extend kitchen work surface around left corner towards radiator, to increase food preparation area and maybe even install a 2-ring hob?

Easy walk to the seafront and city centre. Good bus route too. Very clean and brilliant hosts. Highly recommended.

Le confort, la décoration et les équipements. Quartier et logement très calmes. Nos échanges étaient très fluides et les explications tres claires. J'ai apprécié de disposer de permis de stationnement pour la période. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions (café, thé et lait). Le descriptif correspondait parfaitement à la réalité.

Personnellement j'aurais apprécié la présence d'une plaque de cuisson, même une seule.
