When we arrived the flat was freezing cold and took about 24 hours to heat up , my wife couldn't have a bath due to no hot water .. when I arrived with my van towing a trailer a woman advised me to park in a specific spot because there were 2 cameras facing my van would anything happen ... Next morning something happened and they tried to steal my my towable diesel compressor was detached from my van and span around ready to be taken .. when I asked the property for CCTV they acted like they were a bit dumb and I never received any CCTV ... Makes me think was it an inside job ? I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to anyone

GBGBThe property was ideally located and we were met by a lovely staff member after confirming our arrival. The property was clean and tidy but that's where the fun stopped.
We stayed on the top floor of the propoerty which is approximately 100 steps. Please be aware as it's not mentioned in the advertisement. There were no tea/coffee/sugar to make a brew having arrived late at night. This should have been a minimum. Faults: The large cupboard in the hallway is broken and the glass doors are detached from the rails which almost fell on my daughter. I propped it up and we were unable to use it for safety reason. The LED ceiling light in the bathroom was secured with brown masking tape which eventually came loose and was hanging. The elecrical sockets in tbe master bedroom was faulty (had no power). In addition on day 2, the entire flat lost power, however, the fuse panel showed no tripped circuit breaker. This is where panic set in as were plunged into darkness with a child. We attempted to contact the property without any luck. All these issues pointed to an unsafe accommodation requiring us to check out earlier than planned due to risk associated with the unsafe electrical circuit. I contacted booking.com immediately who also tried to contact the property but also had no response. I eventually message the property through booking.com advising of the critical electrical issues and the reason for us leaving earlier. There response was to deny there were any critical electrical issues and that the property had electricity, posed no risk and it had its inspection. However, unluckily for the property owner, this is actually my field of work and after relaying my profession, there response was tined down, stating they take these concerns seriously and will investigate. However to this date (9 days after) they have not responded to booking.com to address the electrical concerns. So I am unsure what's their definition of seriously. I spoke with booking.com this morning, who confirmed they are very worried about the property and had no response despite mutilpe attempts. However, booking.
