GBGBCommunication prior to arrival was good. However we were not given information on where to pick keys up from (host knew we would be returning quite late), and then host did not answer phone so was not able to access property.
Never managed to access property, refund was offered the next morning, but then subsequent calls and messages have been ignored. Property further from centre than stated, and local area not one I would choose to stay in again.
GBThe bed was so comfy!! It was amazing to sleep in. The shower was also very powerful. The area was ideal, parking easy to find and the quiet in the building was brilliant.
The lack of kitchen equipment. There was only 1 fork, 1 wine glass, no other glasses so could have had a bit more. We only had 1 big towel between us and the hot water in the sink in the bathroom just wasn't working.

AUThis was my second trip and I would go back again. Set in a quiet suburb of Cardiff with good bus connections. Good kitchen facilities and comfortable bed Cons the room still didn't match the layout in the pictures and you have to walk up a lot of stairs
