I didn't like the fact the electric kept going like it was on a meter and I had to constantly get on to the landlord about it. I didn't like the fact he also kept turning his phone off when other matters needed addressing. The mattress was absolutely bogging no wonder there were several sheets over it. We had to ask for a mop and bucket with a brush seeing as there was no cleaning and we were there for a whole 7 days. Location was arse.. hardly any decent shops near.
AUIt was clean and comfortable. Very good mattress and had everything I needed. Easy to get in contact with the staff who were very friendly if you need anything.
The room didn't really match the photos and has definitely seen better days or possibly the person before me left it a bit damaged

No 24hr hot water facility, wifi service not reliable, problem flushing the toilet sometimes.
GBLovely little flat that met requirements and had some amenities and a nice bathroom, also a useful kitchenette.
The oven didn't work, perhaps a fault with the electrics. Also, the bathroom had a light that didn't have a corresponding switch in the flat, so the light was on all of the time. The bed was probably the most uncomfortable bit of the stay. I went away feeling very old with a sore back because it was like sleeping in a bowl.

the sky light was the only window so let rain in, the door lock was fitted correctly so was banging all night, staff were no existent except by phone and initially showing me to my room so ttotal interaction was 3 mins max, but they were friendly enough. no tea, coffee, bar, the bed was really uncomfortable (I would guess broken underneath?) very expensive for what it was. oh and it was on the top floor no lifts so if you have accessibility issues it's definitely not for you. I wouldn't stay again ..not for that price!
