The Artists Retreat - Hastings

I loved the antique and stylish furniture, the green and gold decoration and the sitting room with the arch and big window. It is the only property I have come across with flower vases, which I used. The 1820s crescent is the best thing in Hastings.

I can never get these induction hobs to work. It has happened before. Even with the instructions, they are tricky if you are not familiar with them and I had to eat out.

Beautiful apartment, with a sea view, right on the edge of the old town. Hosts are amazing and extremely responsive. I had a problem with the wifi which they resolved immediately and I left some belongings again they were only too helpful around this. Would highly recommend.

Regarding the apartment it was perfect. Only problem was the homeless staying under the empty building.

The location is excellent. The building in which the apartment is located is a fascinating Regency-era 5 storey town house. It was spacious and comfortable

At night the nearby public car park had silly little motorcyclists revving their silly little 250cc bikes aimlessly around and around

Brilliant location, short walk from the station, old town and a stone’s throw from the beach. Very spacious, clean and a wonderful sea view.

Very little. The living room would have benefited from a rug to make it feel a bit more cosy.

No hassle, comfy bed you can spend hours in. Friendly people and a wonderful view.
