Good location. comfortable flat with interesting decor.

Noise coming from flat above. One night it was if a bowling ball was being rolled around and then what sounded like a washing machine or tumble dryer was put on at 2 in the morning.

This is the second time we've stayed here and we'd definitely come back again, it just feels so special

Pelham Crescent sits right between Hastings New Town and Old Town and means that guests can explore the area on foot with some very good restaurants within a 15 minute walk. The early Victorian apartment has been sympathetically restored to a modern level of comfort whilst retaining the grand proportions of a lookalike Georgian property.

Pelham Crescent has a very narrow road in front of the properties and therefore offers no parking. This requires that guests have to carry cases etc from the seafront car park and across the promenade. When this includes hanging clothes, food bags etc it makes for a rather laborious arrival and leaving.

It's a really lovely property spacious and comfortable and tastefully decorated. There was plenty of hot water and a bath and a nice powerful shower. Bed was lovely and comfortable and tucked away right at the back of the apartment, so really quiet. Open plan kitchen was well stocked with enough equipment for cooking and eating, with a small dishwasher. Parking the beach just across the road, attractions and old town just a very short walk away. We will definitely be back

Not really a dislike, just a warning that its an old building and the steps up to the front door are steep and a little tricky so be careful, especially if wearing heels.

The Apartment is located in the centre of Hastings Old Town. Everything is easy to get to. A cool property to book in Hastings.

As the Apartment is at virtual ground level. The view from the front of the property is not that great. There is an unusual cliff view from the rear of the Apartment.

The location and how spacious it was. It’s really gorgeous and sort of ‘old fashioned’ but modern at the same time

There were a few spiders around which we didn’t like! The bedroom seemed to have no sound proofing whatsoever and I was awoken on a few occasions by someone coughing, and people going in and out of the building at all hours. The bedroom would really benefit from a fan and a tv to drown out some of the background noise

The size and location of the flat was excellent. We liked the colours of the walls and decoration, which gave a feeling of luxury.

A small thing, really, but the lounge would benefit with the addition of a rug and a more homely feel.
