"Book this place, you won't be disappointed."

The place was not only near the city center and beautiful beaches but also equipped with more than we could have asked for or expected. There was also flexibility regarding the check-in and check-out. Everything was great.

"Excellent place for stay in split"

The apartment is really clean and has everything you need for stay air conditioning, kitchen and amazing swimming pool for the hot days. I really recommend Darios boat trip is private and you can go to different beaches. We went to brac Island. Dario is amazing.

"Lovely apartment highly recommend"

Friendly family good facilities everything was kept clean and tidy Clean sheets and towels, delivered at the end.of the week Maria makes great cake Pool was warm and again well maintained Gardens are lovely Location good for some great areas for sightseeing, beaches etc. Split Strobec bay some great restaurants Podstrana great beaches Markestra Omis with boat trip up Cetna river Trogir Kyrka National park the falls are a must And many more

Dogs barking in other apartments the noise carried and dogs shouldn't bark that much. I felt sorry for them.

"Superb"

Pool and garden were absolutely great. Owners were very nice and we really enjoyed our week there. Aparment was also nice and clean and it was big enough for our family.

Spacious, everything you could possibly want was provided, location was great, a nice escape after the busy old town. Stunning garden and pool.

The property was beautiful, own patio and the accommodation was really clean, the family that owned the accommodation was so helpful etc and couldn’t do enough to make your stay comfortable

We really liked the apartment! It was clean, spaspacious, quiet and it has a pool in the back. We absolutely loved it! The family who keeps the place are so welcoming and nice. They mada our holiday so much better. They gave us tips about the place and restaurants and other advice. The place is near the Stobrec city center (walking distance) and the bus stop is near if you want to go to Split center. We recommend the sun set / swimminf boat trip what the Villa Maria had to offer, it was perfect!

Everything was just right for us!
