Florence Downtown Apartments

Clean apartment in a nice building, beautiful stained glass window at the entrance, good location, close to the city center and cultural monuments, and easy access to the airport shuttle on line 100E. The apartment is well-equipped.

The beds were so comfy, and the apartment had everything we needed. The location was great, very close to centre and the host was so friendly and helpful.

The stove stop didnt work however we didnt tell the host but this wasnt a massive problem because we didnt really need it.

Location was really good, it was really hot and there was a tower fan provided in the appartment which made it a lot more comfortable

The hosts were kind and they tried to serve me well.

Very small space, no air-condition (it was too hot)

The layout of the room was cool.

Was really upsetting that we didn’t like out stay. The ventilation was non existent. The towels stayed wet for 2 days as it was that hot. The room was boiling and the bathroom was unclean

Location, good value for money

Pictures on line were not correct, surely a true picture of one of the appartments but not representative for all. No shampoo, no tea. Easy to provide those small things, so much easier than when all need to buy self. Also bad communication about our modified checkout. Cleaning ladies through away our food before our agreed checkout time
