Private Apartments at Jayakarta Residence

Rooms were a good size, lots of space, great location. Short walk round to the hotel pool and beach. Pool bar was nice, food was good. Our daughter loved doing the painting by the pool, and they look amazing. Accessibility is pretty good, lifts and paths.

Great location especially with kids , roomy apartment , for 2 adults and 2 teenagers .. having hotel facilities is brilliant as well

Apartment needs a bit of an update , cupboard doors fell off , toilet in main bathroom was faulty , didn’t always flush properly, and the safe didn’t work, staff came to help , was able to lock our valuables in but then the battery died and the staff misplaced the key so our things were locked inside , had to get other staff members in to drill out the safe in order to open it , although staff were helpful and cleaned up after , it wasn’t ideal as we had plans to go out but had to wait around to sort the safe out for the second time . Was still a nice stay but could definitely do with an update on the fixtures inside .

Unfortunately, don’t have anything good to say about it.

The property needs some work done to it, very rundown. Numerous times we had our beds changed and stains all over the clean sheets. Towels were also very stained and had to be returned three separate occasions. The lamps in master bedroom and lounge room we were getting electric shocks from them kids could not go near them. Toaster had to be replaced as it didn’t work. It smelt very mouldy. Bathroom sinks and taps in very poor condition. Fridge and bin in kitchen were dirty.. mugs in kitchen cupboard were stained and had to be cleaned. Definitely not worth the money we paid..

Location and staff

The toilet leak that filled a small bin daily and all sinks and shower drains blocked cleanliness was only just.
