Central city 1 bed apartment

Cute decor. Got to see a different area of Bath. Breakfast supplies except very little butter. Plentiful cutlery and adequate crockery.

Lack of cleanliness. No plug or scourer. Very small bath towels, shower and toilet. Mirror, cooktop and TV smeary. WIFI and TV remote did not work. Squeaky bed can only be accessed from one side - very uncomfortable and rolls to the middle. Traffic noise - earplugs were required. Broken bin, drawer, cupboard door, oven seals etc. Uncomfortable couches.

Too small for 4 people. Bed was uncomfortable. 15 seating options available taking up valuable space!! Our clothes smelt damp when we left because the flat was damp. Sofa was uncomfortable. Sofa bed was too small for 2 adults. Very overpriced but we had no other options.

The property is in a good location close to town and other shops, sufficient space in apartment for a short stay. Breakfast basket was great, kitchen came with plenty of utensils and pans to make food.

The cleanliness of this apartment was shocking! The first thing I noticed upon walking in was the kitchen floor was dirty, glad I took some slippers with me… the rug in the lounge area needs a good hot wash. Inside the cupboards was a layer of grime which just needed a wipe out. Nice to have a fruit platter available however would have been great to have fresh fruit rather than the black bananas that were offered. Once I cooked here went underneath the sink in search of a tea towel and came across a rather mouldy looking sponge in a dish, I would say that the growth was not a weeks worth but obviously months worth! Some of the plates in the cupboard had not been cleaned properly with reaming crusty food around the edges. The washing machine was a stink bomb! Had I washed anything in it the item would have come out with an atomic label upon it. Let’s now go to bedtime where I was sleeping on the sofa bed and my sister in the main bed, setting up bedding for the night and found enough hairs in it to make a wig. Suffice to say we slept without bedding - leading on from this we had a very good night as the windows and the frames are not suitable for being near a main road. With the amount of noise mixed with the cold air pouring in we may well have had the windows wide open all night. Now we move onto the morning after and I needed a pick me up. Got very excited that there was a coffee machine! - and then went to use it, I had to stick my head out of the window before I threw up! The filter paper inside the coffee machine and the plastic lid inside the coffee machine was COATED in fluffy bright green mould which has most definitely been there for MONTHS! Remote control does not work, even with batteries provided. The remote is broken. The oven seal was hanging off! The stairs leading from the front door to our apartment door really needed a good vacuum. The shower head in the bathroom was crustier than a French stick, a quick replacement is all it needs.

everything was really good in the apartment, great facilities.

The flat was near town, clean, cooking facilities. Towels were provided and a breakfast hamper for the first morning there. Bed was comfy and was near the supermarket.

No parking

Great location, good communication and very generous welcome basket. Good light through the original sash windows with view to the hills around Bath. Well equipped kitchen. Easy and flexible check-in.

The suggested wifi networks were not available - not a big deal for us as we weren't planning to use it much but worth checking. The TV remote seems to need new batteries; we couldn't get it to turn on, although we could see it was on stand-by - again, not a big issue for us at the time.

All Arrangements were very good and presentable.

NO WIFI SIGNAL AT ANY ROOMS. Which was very indeed required for me after my business meeting.

Great price and location

The batteries in the TV remote control didn’t work, I had to switch channels while standing at the screen. Also, Wi-Fi didn’t work. And there was no hot water in the shower, but it was in the washbasin. Otherwise, I liked everything)

The location was good just a few minutes to town centre

The shower door was not clean and the toilet bowl was strained. The hot water in the shower was regulated for just 2 minutes of look warm water which then turns cold after running it for more than 3 minutes! There was a bad smell coming from underneath the kitchen sink. The WiFi was very bad and kept disconnecting I eventually gave up on that. There was an option to use a second WiFi which was not even available!
