Cocoa Lily - River fronted studio in the city with secure parking

Beautiful location, lovely apartment with everything you need. Tim is a lovely man who cannot do enough to help. Would highly recommend.

Only issue we had was being able to reach the kitchen cupboards as they were so high up, the joys of being short (5ft 3) 😂

Conveniently located, fully self contained, comfortable sitting area with view of the river, secured parking and entry into the building. Personal thoughtful touches by host (Meeting in person, dinning suggestions etc)

We feel that the owner’s good intentions of providing many items for guest to use may make the room feel clustered.

Super hyggelig lejlighed med god beliggenhed. Tim er meget imødekommende og venlig. Dejligt med kaffe, the, juice og lidt sødt.

Loved the apartment and being able to look out at the river with the ducks. Everything was catered for, fresh milk, proper coffee and lots of little extras, like chocolate. Was great that Tim met us and showed us how to get into the building and car park, as so many other people were just left to work things out themselves. Also great to be so close to the centre and didn't need to use the car...

Nothing to dislike....

The host was incredibly helpful and the apartment had everything we could need for a short stay. It was very conveniently located close to the centre of the city in a beautifully historic building. As the room overlooked water it was peaceful (No noise from traffic or other residents). It was lovely to be able to sit by the water.

If you were staying longer than a couple of nights the space may be a little small. It is a well designed bedsit, with a place for everything suited for a singles or couples weekend / short stay.

Cozy and comfortable with a great view!

Lovely little apartment in a secure building with key fob entry. Car space was on the top floor of a secure multistory. We were met and given the keys and explained how everything worked. Loved all the quirky bits.

Couldn't find a hairdryer but other than that everything was good. Access to outside area is down the hall so not direct from apartment.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment in a fabulous location with a really friendly host. It really is about the small things sometimes, from umbrellas for the rain to ice for your drinks. It’s a really well thought out to make your stay comfortable. Thank you ☺️
