Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 151 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

"Lovely stay would go back"

Great location for York, lovely apartment and very lovely decor. Bathroom great and rooms nice.kitchen well equipped. Sainsbury’s just around corner and York a short walk to centre

Nothing major But we had a night in with all intentions of watching a good movie or programme but we spent ages trying to get something in the tv , kept coming up with a name from a different country. Just wish the welcome guide had some information about how to get that off or use the TV.

"Very comfortable and great location."

Very well equipped and lovely decor. Warm, cosy and spacious enough for a family of four. And I really liked the area of town, convenient for walking into the city without feeling you’re right in the centre.

It would be nice if there were a few essentials made available like milk, small amount of butter, tea and coffee (although there was a little of this left over). Although I appreciate all of this is a luxury and not to be expected from a self catering property! Toilet roll ran out so we had to buy some. Also, didn’t like putting all our rubbish into the one landfill sack. 😬

The location was good - just a short walk from the train station, and an easy walk to the rest of the city. The apartment was lovely, the beds comfortable and everything we needed was provided.

"Superb"

The Snug is a brilliant place to stay in York. I won't hesitate to stay here again. Spaceous enough for two couples. A short walk from the train station and into the centre of York.

Some shower toiletries would have been useful.

Central location close to all city centre attractions. Excellent facilities, everything you could possibly need in kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom.

Neighbour at the back doing DIY at 11pm one night but no other noise issues considering central location. No fan provided so it was hot but that's a really small thing. Our stay was lovely
