Beautifully decorated. Extremely cosy. Great location for the city centre. Easy parking with the permit.

Very close to the road so a bit noisy.

This property is in a great location and it has everything you need inside. The attention to detail is fabulous. Within walking distance to the town centre, ATM and sainsburys around the corner. Loads of take aways across the street and even an everyman cinema on your doorstep. It's on a busy road but it didn't feel like it when you were inside so that was a bonus.

I only have 2 negatives really and these are for the cleanliness, which overall was very very good but the fan in the bathroom hasn't been cleaned in some time so that needs looking at. I appreciate it is high up but it isn't very hygienic when it's thick with dust. The other was the throw on the main bedroom because you could tell it hadn't been washed in a while. It had a few white stains on it, which I wasn't pleased about.

Great location. Spotlessly clean. Well equipped. Cosy and homely.

Mattress was too soft and could do with renewing.

Location of property was in easy walking distance from railway station. Property itself is on a busy road on a junction and the door is straight onto the pavement. Sainsburys local, Italian, KFC, and pharmacy plus couple more eatery/take outs wer on the doorstep. Everyman is also very close. There were 2 hair dryers and 2 garment steamers. Kitchen was well stocked for you to cook any sort of meal The property was beautifully presented, clean and tidy. A big thank you to Maggie, who looks after this property, and obviously has a passion for what she does. Thank you, Maggie.

Upon arrival at the property I found that the door wouldnt lock from the inside and was only lockable from the outside if you knew the technique. The office tried to tell me how to lock a composite door. Not only do I have a composite door at home, but I also work for a window, door and lock company! The office eventually sent the cleaner to show me how to lock the door! The technique allowed the door to be locked but only from the outside. At this point the office agreed to send a locksmith round. The lock lady was excellent, polite, friendly and extremely efficient. After her swift visit we could begin our long awaited break. I presume this property was originally one property which has been beautifully turned into two apartments. During our stay, 4 ladies stayed in the ground floor property, which has a small yard encompassing a blow up hot tub. Unfortunately both bedrooms from the first floor apartment have windows opening above this yard area. Even with the secondary glazing, windows and curtains closed, we were woken by these ladies who were obviously having lots of fun in and around the hot tub at 3am. All in all not an acceptable start to a 3 night stay. The rest of our stay was much better.

Beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean. Well stocked kitchen and super bathroom.

The door lock was a bit tricky. It needed a bit of cajoling to get it to lock.

The location was quite near to the train station, and very near to a street situated with all the nice restaurants. The rooms were clean, looks nice and new. There were towels and toiletries provided.

Hard to say anything I dislike about the property. But the only thing is that you may need some effort in order to lock the front door.
