Beds quite uncomfortable

Great location having a lift helps

Had everything you need the lift was a god send. The view you can see the minster front you have to remember this is a city centre location. The location is perfect near to lots of locations. Wi-Fi works through Smart tv a tad slow but works, the furniture is a little tired but adequate

Nothing to dislike good location hefty deposit financially but i understand they need to look after themselves they may to consider updating the beds and furniture however I could cope with what we found. Just need a little vision.

It was clean, spacious, great location

Key safe down a horrible alleyway where a couple of drunks were urinating

Alleyway was used for urinating in and a coupld of homeless people kipping in

The location was excellent could not have been better situated for few days in York, good facilities in kitchen although did not don much cooking. Decent size bath towels which were very fluffy.

Twin bedroom the smaller chest of drawers they would not stay shut had to place a pillow against them to stop them opening. The headboards on both single beds were very wonky and every time you moved would bang against them to stop wall. Not sure if we missed it but no fan in main bathroom got very steamy

Double bed was not comfortable- mattress needs replacing
