Location is superb

Instructions re parking could have been clearer. It wasn't made clear prior to booking that the parking was not at the premises and that it entailed carrying luggage a fair distance to the property.

Centrally located, you just walk to every corner of York centre. The kitchen is quite complete for simple cooking.

Having to get the parking pass beforehand and to return it after check out was quite a hassle because you need to park the car by the roadside a good distance away the apartment. Also the entrance to the apartment is in an alleyway which is pretty much deserted after 6pm and quite dark. We were quite nervous about it when picking up the keys/card for the first time, which was placed inside the key box in an even smaller/darker alleyway by the side of the apartment building! However, it doesn’t look too bad once the daylight comes. Also it was inconvenient to drag our luggages from the parking garage which was about 10mins walk away. Wish we could drop them off before parking the car. And we found the beds were too soft, not so kind for our backs. But all in all, it was a great stay right in the middle of bustling York!

Location is fantastic, being in the centre of York and virtually on top of the Christmas market. Spacious and generally well equipped. Light and bright. Lift available which was good.

As there is no parking, getting the luggage to the apartment was awkward especially with an elderly family member. Take suitcases on wheels not bags. There was some damage in places so I wish I’d taken photos on arrival in case there is a question over the deposit.

Location is great. Can not fault anything, apartment has everything you could possibly need (even needle and thread) It was home from home. My only complaint is we were only there for two nights. Could have stayed for the week, absolutely loved it.

Excellent location, very comfortable and at a very reasonable price. All four of us had a great time staying here.

No reflection on the apartment itself but the alley ways approaching it stank of urine.

Lovely spacious apartment, everything exactly as described. Great central location.

Was quite warm in the apartment as you couldn't leave the windows open at night due to noise from the alleyway below at pub closing time. But fans were provided.
