Beautiful views. Nicely set up. Well equipped. Apartment is spacious and beautiful

No body wash, shampoo, no extra toilet tissue or trash bags. The bedding for the 3rd person was not set up,we had fo look for it and finally found it in the laundry closet. The shower design is bad. When showering, water splashes out of the shower area easily.

Stylish, comfortable apartment right in the centre of York with immediate access to The Shambles area. Kitchen had everything needed. Nice shower.

The bed was VERY hard and led to two uncomfortable nights with little sleep.

Great central location and quiet for the location. 5 minutes from the centre of York near all the shops. Secure parking, it’s our second stay at this apartment and in immaculate condition. Will definitely be back.

Can’t really say much on this as we were happy about our stay and couldn’t really fault it. I think the only thing and it’s minor, checkout is at 10am. It would be good if it was 12pm as we got up early to clear up apartment and get rid of rubbish. Would be good to have time to quickly pop in to town and get breakfast before leaving. As i said minor, just be good to have a bit more time in morning. But they have to turn around apartment in time for next guests I suppose.

Views of the river, however I purposely booked this apartment for the sliding patio door that looks out over the river to find the sliding door broken and a sign on saying not to use. I love the fresh air in the morning with my coffee. It made the apartment extremely claustrophobic and hot with only one window in the entire apartment that could be opened. Owners were obviously aware the patio was not working and should have made us aware so we could find alternative accommodation Artwork was nice Very quiet

As above Bring your own coffee, milk, tea, toilet rolls and towels. The towels are tiny and leave a lot to the imagination. TV was a nightmare we had to purchase batteries for the remotes. (Press hard on the buttons on the silver remote.) Shower floor is filthy, the grout is all stained. The shower door is useless and does nothing to contain the water. Stains on the mattress topper and pillows No where to put anything in the bathroom
