Perfect location, easy to find our way around. Apartment was clean and tidy.

Car park was confusing to get into. Wasn't easy to find lock boxes

Location was fantastic short walks to all attractions and shopping we loved it 😍

Lovely accommodation with all you really need for a short stay. Good location in heart of town, very quiet though within the apartment. Nothing much to fauly really at all.

The location was excellent between the Minster and the Barbican. Tesco extra just outside and local to a wide range of restaurants

There was no microwave. The curtains in the lounge were net and so it was difficult to watch the Rugby World Cup on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. The Window in the lounge could not be fully closed. Had we known that EV charging was in the car park we might have driven directly rather than by train via London. The sink plugs in both the kitchen and bathroom were not working and there was no storage on the bathroom plus the mirror was on the wrong wall for shaving!

Location perfect. Loved looking down onto the river Foss. Apartment lovely, modern and well sound proofed. Security good and private car park space.

Struggled with instructions sent by "stays York" regarding car park instructions. Made clearer by manual when inside apartment. Found TV remote very awkward to use ? needs replacing. Bedroom curtains were not hung properly. As it was necessary to sleep with bedroom window open, we were disturbed late at night and very early morning by staff at side exit of adjacent hotel, delivery vehicles and skip collections. Husband found the shower room sink very small for shaving and no shelving for necessities either. The lovely full length windows would benefit from a clean on the outside too. There was no bottle of wine or lovely Hessian hamper waiting for our arrival as depicted on booking.com website. However there was a small paper bag containing what you expect to receive at any booking with tea and coffee making facilities.

The house is nice and modern, quite impersonal. The apartment is clean enough even if there was dust in some parts and the windows need to be cleaned. The kitchen is modern and has cooking utensils, not all of which are very clean. The refrigerator is large. There is no microwave. There are no cleaning products other than dish soap. Very central, just minutes from the shambles and the centre.

Unfortunately I would not go back as it has two big problems. The bed is very uncomfortable, but VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, you feel the bed springs in your back and in the morning you wake up with neck and back pain. Shameful for the price paid. Never slept so badly. There is no air conditioning, so if you go in the summer and it's hot, it suffocates. Fortunately for us, by opening the window, the temperature dropped. So sad, could be a really great place!

The location is superb. Everything is walking distance. The flat is clean and very homey.

They could do better with the bed mattress. A shampoo/soap rack will be very helpful too. And adding a laundry hanger will be helpful too.
