Riverside City Centre Apartments

We stayed in a spacious room with a view of the river. The owner met us and gave us a thorough tour and helpful ideas for our stay in Porto.

The view

Fantastic location, very quiet and a very nice neighborhood, with wonderful views of the Douro. Hugo (and his dad) were great hosts, and super helpful. Short walk to the old town and all the sights in Porto.

Communication prior to our arrival from Hugo was excellent, with good advice about the area. We arrived a couple of hours later than intended (flight issues) but were met by Antonio, Hugo's father, who sorted us out and pointed us to where we could get a late meal. We had the garden view apartment which is light and spacious, and the building is situated in a quiet street, with great views over the river, but only a few minutes walk from local restaurants & bars. Most of the central tourist sights are also within easy walking distance. We were also able to leave our bags in the apartment after checkout, as we had a late flight back. All in all, highly recommended!

We were in the ground floor whole apartment. It was very clean and facilitated for up to 4 people. Its location is excellent. The place is close to a taxi rank, bus station and tour bus stop. A couple of snack bars are closer still with a good view of the river. The centre is a 10 min walk
