"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!"

The lady, NOT the owner, who checked us in was friendly

After we paid and checked in, we noticed a bug crawling on the bed. We immediately checked to see if it was a bed bug and it was! We immediately messaged the owner who assured us it wasn't but checking on multiple websites, AI and comparing it to photos, we were convinced it was. The owner then agreed we could checkout and they would give us a full refund. Because the owner did not stay at the property, they told us to return in 2 hours which we did. When we arrived to collect our refund, the owner said she would keep 10,000 tenge because she didn't find an infestation of bed bugs. This owner will basically scam and rob you. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
