Right smack in the middle of Cairns, with restaurants at the doorstep. Hubby has mobility issues so needed to be central for him. Close to the supermarket, tourism desks etc. The apartment is lovely with a great view of the ocean. Saw quite a few cruise ships go in and out of port. Great accessories such as umbrellas and a shopping buggy made the stay efortless.

"Excellent location on Esplanade but unit quirky"

View and bbq and pool facilities and location

Bathroom shower location if you didn't use the shower curtain everyone from the whole unit can see you. No exhaust fan in the bathroom and before arrival we had a warning if we didn't closenthe bathroom door the fire alarm would set off at our expense. King bed is two separate beds joined together so not comfortable.

Airconditioner leaked so couldn't leave on. Shower/bathroom did not have a fan, so always conscious of letting the fire alarm off.
