the parking is low versus the main road the owner is aware and informed us and he has metals that can be attached to the space between the road and the parking for smaller cars it could be inconvenient unless the driver has good driving skills its something that's out of control by the owner but at least he has made some solution

Host provided video instructions on self check-in and other instructions on garbage segregation and Baguio regulations. So before arriving we were sufficiently prepared. The apartment is located in a quiet part of the city, in a residential area that is quite high up in the mountains. It appeared to be a safe and peaceful neighborhood. The house was impeccable and clean. The beddings and blankets were clean and freshly laundered. The kitchen was well equipped. We cooked most of our meals using the host's stove and utensils. There was a complete set of plates, bowls and flatware. The host even provided a full bottle of dishwashing liquid and a clean sponge. There was adequate potable water for cooking and drinking. The car port is big enough to accommodate two vehicles. The host was gracious and communicated often to ask how we were doing and if we needed assistance. The bathrooms are equipped with water heaters and had good pressure because the host and caretaker make sure their water tank is full all the time. You will hardly notice that water is rationed throughout the city on different days. Over all a very restful and hassle-free stay.

The terrain of Baguio in some residential areas is really a bit tough because obviously, it's located in the mountains. We were fortunate to have an experienced and very skilled driver. The place is accessible by taxi so those who commute can go in and out of the subdivision even without a personal car. I saw many taxis passing by the house. It's not close to touristy areas but I prefer that. Traffic into the city center can be quite heavy so make sure you leave early. Be mindful Baguio has a number coding scheme. The host gave us all the info we needed to make sure we didn't go to the city center within the prohibited hours.

Everything was fine, since the first time the owner contacted us and explained how the house works. He was also very communicative to explain us which road follow to reach the house. The place has a nice terrace with a great viewpoint on the mountains and sunset. To reach the center of the city, just take a jeepney, a nice short ride.

We had a wonderful stay for my birthday, escaping the crowded city for a peaceful retreat. The place was cozy, clean, and perfect for relaxing with my family. The cool climate added to the charm, making it a refreshing getaway. The ambiance truly felt like a home away from home!

We like everything about the place. From the very approachable and accommodating host, spacious parking, down to the fully equipped and clean guest house. Location is great since it's distant from the busy and crowded street of Baguio. We had a relaxing and comfortable stay after a long day of exploring the city.

I appreciate sir Louie for fast response. The area was great, can even fit 10 people. Even though we're just 5 people, all rooms were open for us. It also has a nice view on the balcony. There were also ministores near the property that sells vegetables, onions etc. for you to cook.

The roads are tricky but you will get used to it.
