CHWe were in the area for a wedding and Duffryn Mawr Cottages were close to the Venue so it was perfect for us.

GBGBGBLovely and quiet tucked away accommodation but only 20 mins to Barry Island, and 5 mins to local castle and vineyard. The place is great, clean good powerful shower and a small kitchen, (Tesco 5min away) although close to Cardiff and facilities it does feel like you are on a farm.
GBThe cottage was clean, tidy and cosy. We had everything we needed for our stay, with towels and complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. The property was exactly like the photographs and exceeded expectations. The countryside setting was relaxing in comparison to the hustle and bustle of the city. There was a helpful guide available explaining local transport, shops and amenities. Rosie, host, was friendly and helpful with great communication.
There isn't anything we didn't like about the property. It was quite hot but we didn't try to find the controls to turn it down - so that's on us!

GBWe had a wedding at Pencoed House. This was an ideal place to stay, 9 min away in an Uber. The cottage was everything we needed, with a lovely comfy bed.
