The host answered the phone immediately and helped as I struggled to open the key box

The location wasn’t the easiest to find. The bed and pillow very uncomfortable but especially the sheets stunk disgusting! Not even sure they were being changed with fresh ones. I had to spray perfume on it. The bathroom is shared. I forgot my boots and I have chased several times for me to go and collect them and they wouldnt let me until apparently the cleaner found them and can’t give me an ETA I am very stressed
