"Excellent stay and great snow in Iwatake"

Pick up and drop off service was great! Also shopping for groceries trips were organised and very handy! Very close to Iwatake gondola and chairlifts.

Offer slippers or take with you if you can. A little bit further away from Hakuba central if you want to eat out in the evening but Ubers are available. It did not bother us as we could order food delivery and cook.

"Great spot, great facilities, great value."

Dan is a really good host who kept me informed through out my stay. He organized regular shopping trips to the supermarket so we saved a ton on mountain food. He even has his own bar downstairs for some après....Its a large apartment with 2 toilets which is practically unheard of in Japan but fabulous when you have a teenage daughter :). Easy to get taxis at night to other villages to go out for dinner. Would highly recommend

Only thing i didn't like was that the chairlift to make it completely ski in and ski out wasn't running but that's hardly Dan's fault.

Beautiful serviced apartment, comfort, clean and spacious for a family of 4. Great service, Dan & Collin are super friendly. The bar is very unique & cozy, we all like it! Dry room is equipped with modern electronic drying racks for ski boots, gloves. Close to Iwatake base station & Gondola, less than 5 minutes by walking, great location.

"Amazing location, friendly staff. Highly recommended!!"

Amazing location, accommodation was clean and comfortable. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Daniel was so helpful with all questions before our arrival, including organising Mark our driver who was amazing. We stopped off at the local grocery store before arriving to pick up a few groceries.

The property was perfect. Only Downside for us was the skiing runs weren’t that learner friendly.
