Keys of Sicily - Appartamenti Modica Bassa

The apartment is located in a nicely renovated historic house in a quiet street ( January ) in the city center. The access corridor to the apartment has been very successfully reconstructed and cleaned. The accommodation is furnished very tastefully, purposefully and comfortably, there is enough space for four people. There is nothing missing in the fully equipped kitchen. There is a TV in each room with a USB port, so we were able to view the photos we took in the beautiful city of Modica and watch the movies we brought with us. The bathroom is large, modern, with central heating, where you can dry towels. Both bedrooms are large enough, the beds are comfortable. There are enough cupboards and shelves for the things the guest takes with them. The lighting in all rooms is sufficient, there are reading lamps in the bedrooms. We were satisfied with everything. Thank you Giovanni for the information about the city of Modica and the surrounding area and the interest in our stay. It was nice of him to notice that it was my birthday and send me a wish. I would also like to thank Keys of Sicily for making us happy during our vacation with nice accommodation. We will be very happy to use one of the other apartments he rents next time.

Everything was alright. There could be more towel racks in the bathroom and maybe a chair to sit or put your clothes.

The apartment is spacious and has a big balcony. It is well stocked with everything : kitchen utensils, dish washer and wash machining etc. It's in the old town and close to all the attractions. It's very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful and showed us everything in the room. He shared a lot of touristic information with us.

It's not the apartment's fault but the hot water is not consistent. However it seems a problem in everywhere in Sicily and at least the apartment never runs out of hot water like other places we have stayed in Sicily. There is a construction noise neaby but it should ve temporary

Great place very spacious can do laundry and have a balcony. Excellent location close to town . The owner was great and gives you ideas of what to do while in Modica and towns nearby.

The apartment is in an excellent location, just steps to the main piazza. The terrace is a plus. Great facilities, very clean, excellent beds. Highly recommended!

The door from stairs to apartment has a horrible lock, but no big deal 😀.

Exactly as shown in photos: very comfortable & modern flat, fully equipped (including washing machine), large terrace to enjoy on quiet street just off the main street. Giovanni was great with communication, meeting us at flat to show us around, offering tips on eating & sights to see in Modica & Regusa. Even helped with free parking locations

Lovely host, very welcoming. Good location, spotless modern apartment. Water provided in fridge. good location , 10 minutes from restaurants.Very very good value for money.

Little bit scruffy outside the apartment but can see it is being developed. Overhead shower was a bit weak but hand held one was fine . Outdoor furniture cushions need to be waterproof

It was clean, great fit out a lovely well sized self contained apartment Very central to everything

It had a great kitchen but felt should have provided some staples such as salt and pepper and maybe olive oil and vinegar
