"Beautiful apartment in a good location."

Beautiful apartment in an old building with lovely furnishings and comfy beds. Our wonderful host greeted us and showed us around and explained everything from the apartment, where the old town was and car parking. There was a huge terrace, great for clothes drying after using their washing machine. It also had a dishwasher, iron and ironing board. The kitchen, dining area and lounge was smallish but very comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Nothing major, narrow stairs to second bedroom and only one bathroom when sharing.

Our host was very helpful and gave us plenty of options for things to see and do in and around Modica. He drove us to a parking lot to show us where we could park our car for free, then drove us back to the apartment. On the way back he even took a lengthy detour to show us the best scenic viewpoint over the city. It was all really above and beyond what we expected. Thanks again for your generosity, we really enjoyed our stay!

"Fantastic Value for Money and Location"

Giovanni was in constant touch with us on WhatsApp regarding the arrival procedure. He met us on site and helped us move in. Explained the sight-seeing in Modica and nearby towns. Giovanni then showed us where to park our car for free for 2 nights. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and really cool during the warm weather. It is close to the main sights. Best value for money in our 12 day stay in Sicily

only the builders downstairs drilling but that was temporary and not the apartments fault

very recently refurbished place, all furniture seemed to be brand new, extremely central location and very welcoming and helpful host (Giovanni)! on the first day we were informed that there was a problem with Wi-Fi and when we informed Giovanni that for us Wi-fi was very important he had it fixed within a few hours!!! super thumbs up for the premises and professional approach!

nothing At all!! no complains whatsoever from start to end!

Clean, modern, exactly as described with everything working. Hard to fault anything about the property. Check in with Giovanni was so easy and he took the time to show us the location of the free parking. An oasis to come back to after a days sightseeing.
