The location was fantastic.heating wos great.

First the stairs leading up to the arpartment..the carpet wos in that many pieces it wos dangerous to walk up.there wos stains on the sofa..crumbs dog hairs hadnt bn hovered..stains on carpet in bedroom..very disappointed.

Nice view from the living room spacious apartment

Sensor in the bathroom kept going off was really annoying while brushing teeth or showering. Wine fridge was loud

Location is fantastic, the apartment itself was beautiful. Spacious, bed was comfortable. From the living room window you can see the abbey.

The carpet in the bedroom needs a good clean. The light in the bathroom is automatic and kept going off whilst I was having a shower.

"Great holiday parking not good as there was many spaces in the w zone won’t return for this reason"

Loved the property comfortable didn’t like the bathroom light kept me awake keep coming on and off when you moved in bed we shut the door but it was storm Amy and was banging

I asked two days before by email about a parking permit and was told we would get one then on the day was told no £40 out of pocket we have been to Whitby many times and the parking permit what made us book very disappointed

"Perfect getaway"

Had a lovely time away in Whitby and this apartment was perfect. It’s right in the centre, it was clean and well taken care off. Perfect for a few nights away. Added bonus of a wine fridge too! Making us feel all nice and boujee. Bed was extremely comfortable, pressure from the shower was great. It had everything you need for a stay. Really great of them to note that there was a smell in the communal stairs but they had left information that there had been a leak of water and carpet has yet to be replaced. Little touches like that really make it. Would stay again

I can only pick at the fact that there were only two pods of coffee for the Nespresso machine buttt you had the option of the instant coffee as well. I just like the Nespresso coffee 😂
