Everything, it smelt, it was dirty, refused to stay there

The apartment was really good ,nice and and clean,location is perfect , would definitely stay again

The seating area in the sitting room,could be a little bit more comfortable and relaxing

Central in location but also quiet . Good in size . Comfortable bed.

Needs a deep clean , carpets were stained. The en suite light is on a sensor which can disturb sleepers in the night . The shower leaks and there’s no where to hang/dry wet towels . Mould in the shower on tiles and ceiling .

Great location

Bedroom carpet was filthy, lots of stains, big stain on living room chair.almost no storage for clothes. No towel rail in the bathroom

Spacious, good location, parking nearby

The accommodation was clean and was an excellent location. Slight case of style over substance- for example no coat hooks, no basics such as milk. The staircase is steep. I felt that the late check in (4pm) and early check out (10am) was not right it should be an hour earlier and an hour later. This apartment is in a great location and is comfortable for a long weekend.

The apartment was perfect. It had everything we needed for a lovely weekend in Whitby. I loved that you can see the Abbey from the window and it’s walking distance to the harbour and restaurants/pubs. Would definitely stay there again.

There was nothing to dislike, the apartment was lovely and modern.

Overall great! Lovely decor, everything you need, fantastic location. Would 100% stay again.

The bathroom light on a timer was pretty annoying
