Beach front penthouse apartment

Location ok although no shops nearby and no public transportation available. Phenomenal view over the ocean. Well equipped kitchen clean linen and towels. Aircons work well.

Neglect in maintenance. Patio - covers over the aircons etc dilapidated. Front door cumbersome to lock and unlock, it does not close tight and when there is wind it rattles. The lounge suite is a disgrace, seats on couch collapsed and not clean. Lights not working in passage, en-suite shower floor and grout needs disinfecting and scrubbing. Store broken fan in lounge area.

The house decor looks very nice and the house is located in a perfect location with the beach just down the road.

It was not disclosed that the property is on the top floor with no elevator. It was really difficult to go up the stairs with the luggage. Checking in was a mission, having to read all the instructions just to obtain the key. The house is in need of maintenance. We were not provided with toilet paper and aniron.

Too many unnecessary rules, u not allowed even to smoke in a balcony and the premises. When we were going for a smoke we smoked outside the gate even a t night it was not safe

Needs a bit of maintenance, refurbishing… the main door and shower edges.. otherwise it’s comfortable
