"Good location, need to update pictures."

The location was really good!!

We booked the property as they had a big sofa for someone to sleep on, but they changed the couch to a two seater (not big enough for someone to sleep on)

The location was great.. walking distance to SSE and Saint George's market đŸ˜ŠđŸ€ 

We had problems getting into the flat.. Previous tenants had done left late / left a mess / done something to key safe box & lock on flat door 😔.. Our check in was delayed over two hours making us late for our event.owner was polite & got lock etc fixed the next day by his maintenance manager who was very helpful .

"Give it a miss"

Close to city centre

No heating had to sit in cafe till 9 at night to get heat then after 4 calls and 4 texts thay came out at 940 the night before we leave to fix it shoking service plus shower did not work and can't close window in bathroom

"Prima appartement, ik kreeg alleen de verwarming niet aan."

Het openen van de deur van het appartement was een drama. De buurvrouw bij het het appartement wist uiteindelijk het slotje los te krijgen en de sleutel te pakken. Bij het terug plaatsen heb ik ook 5 pogingen gedaan voor het weer open ging en de sleutels kon terug leggen.

WiFi was good

Shower 🚿 not working and despite reporting it and it being apparently fixed - it didn't work for more than a minute No bath mat. Light entering bedroom - no way to prevent it - reported Bed mattress needs replacing commensurate with the charges of the accommodation. Finding the accommodation was not easy, partly because we didn't read all the instructions that much closely. Maybe they should refund some amount to compensate for the inconvenience caused đŸ€”
