Great location, apartament is tiny but have everything what you need, AC work great, in bathroom there were heater that you can use to dry clothes or towels.

It's very central, opposite to the market. It has everything a single person needs for a short stay. The furniture looks new (the bed is comfy).

There is not much natural light and not much air flow. It is difficult to park the car in the center of Funchal so I was using a private parking 800m away.

Everything i needed to have a relaxing trip

The accommodation is located closely to all main facilities (city center, bus stop /funicular, 3 min supermarket, 5 min to a sea shore/cafes, 10 min to a nice beach). The room is quite small, but enough space for 2 people. It is clean and has all the stuff if you would like to prepare the food by yourself. The host (Sofia) is very friendly and helps with the advice how to make your stay unforgettable, I'm not stopping saying 'thank you' to her 💛

There is a quite powerful air conditioning system from the nearby place (cafe/restaurant) put very close to the window of the room we rented, which produces a noise 24/7 and we could not fell asleep without having the earplugs. That is the only

Apartment is located next to great Mercado. Really great place. The host is really kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean. There was no noise. The place is great for the price.

Everything was good. Maybe it’s not suitable for older people because there are stairs to climb. The bathroom is a bit small.

Really great place to stay in Funchal. Excellent location, a balcony from which you can see the action going on around the market, very friendly and helpful host who makes sure she is available to help with any advice, useful facilities like a washing machine and hairdryer etc. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Funchal. I see some reviews talk about the impact of being by the busy-ness of the market nearby - I found you couldn’t hear this at all when sleeping, and that it was actually quite entertaining to be right by it. Perfect location for the old town too.

The property is in a great central location by the market and easy access from the airport, it has all the essentials you need for your stay. The host is really nice and attentive.

The bathroom was very small and not ventilated properly, the towels may not be enough if you are staying for more than a few days
