Kitchen could have been slightly better equipped but had a kettle and a toaster wich was nice

The mosquito net in the bedroom was broken but I am being picky now, also some towels vere stained

Lovely spacious, well-equipped apartment with large comfortable balcony. Central location

Parking arrangements were complicated by host not being available and could have been explained better before arrival. Parking was convenient once we knew where to go and parking spaces was available

Good location adjacent to municipal gardens. Close to cafes and bus stops.

Shower in bath. I prefer a separate shower that does not involve climbing into and out of the bath.

Location is great. The parking is comfortable, right under the building. A very cozy balcony, a coffee machine and a washing machine.

The balcony door could not be closed, I felt a bit nervous about that, I couldn’t leave my documents or anything precious in the flat because of this. Also, someone phoned me twice at night, that was scary, but this is not the fault of the owner

Apartment is very spacious and cosy. It’s nicely decorated too. I find all the utilities that I needed.

Be aware that water gets cold in the evenings, so forget about late night warm baths 😊

The location of this apartment is PERFECT. Right in the centre, close to all restaurants/bars/shops, a 3 minute walk to the sea front, however, in a smaller side street so very quiet. Private parking space was super handy as we used this a lot during our stay. The host was very responsive will all of our questions. Will definitely book this apartment again next time we visit Funchal.

The bed is super firm which wasn't great for us but might be better for others. When we arrived (with a car) it was a little chaotic as the apartment is on a small 1 way street, I had to jump out of the car and go into the building to find the keys & card for the carpark which held up quite a few cars. However, I can't really see an easier way of getting in unless there was a host there to meet you. But apart from that I can't complain.

Great neighbourhood that felt very safe and easy to access everything. Good communication with the host. Nice balcony area.

The sound from outside travelled a lot - no soundproofing so would not recommend for a light sleeper. Shower was a bit complicated to get working but was helped by messaging host - very responsive.

Very cozy and clean apartment with a wonderful view from balcony. Good private parking. Big shopping mall for a food and for other stuff very close - can be seen from balcony. Location can't be better. Kitchen was well equipped.

Bed was bit hard for me.
