Appartement sehr geräumig und nicht abgewohnt

Würde von mir 10 Sterne bekommen, aber - Töpfe sollten unbedingt erneuert werden - Es gibt nur 3 flache Teller - 2 Rollen WC-Papier zu wenig für 10 Tage - Gestank vom Müllraum beim Eingang ( in der Wohnung bemerkt man aber NICHTS davon). Das Stiegenhaus ist sehr sauber

Die Vermieter schrieben vor der Reise Mails und antworteten dann wochenlang nicht. Ich bat sie, mit meiner Freundin aus Norwegen Kontakt aufzunehmen, schrieb deren Mailadresse dazu, aber das fand nicht statt. Wiederholt und wochenlang nicht. An der angegebenen Telefonnummer hob nie jemand ab. Annette sollte um 17h ankomme n, ich um 2h früh. Bis zum Tag unserer Abreise keine wirkliche Antwort vom Vermieter über die Schlüsselabgabe. Muss das sein.?

Great location as a home base to explore Funchal and the island of Madeira. Proximity with restaurants and market which are within only 5-10 minutes walking distance. Great size apartment with most things you need. Kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher is great to have. The apartment was very clean. Groceries right in front is very convenient. Parking is a major upside, although a bit tricky to use but still easily manageable. Three AC units, one in the living room and both bedroom helps make the apartment comfortable as it tends to be humid. Two balconies. Would likely return on next visit to Madeira.

Mattress in the smaller bedroom is hard although (suprisingly) still managed to sleep on it and it wasn't so bad. Mattress is on the smaller side, as described in other reviews, but still manageable (equivalent to twin size 39''x75''). Pillows with plastic to protect the pillows makes sleeping a bit lesss comfortable but found other pillows in the closet, mid stay, that were better. The bathroom is fairly small and toilet takes time to flush a second time. There didn't seem to be a fan in the bathroom which make the apartment humid after taking showers. Sometimes, Wifi connexion would drop. There was supposed to be two Wifis you can connect to, but the second one wasn't working during our stay. Although, we didn't ask the host to fix it as it wasn't a major inconvenience for us. I'm sure it is an easy fix. Having a dryer to dry clothes would be a great upgrade, as it is fairly humid to dry clothes but won't hold it against since it wasn't part of the unit description. It is sometimes pretty noisy, as you are in the city center and in front of a grocery store (loading and unloading merchandise), which is expected but sound insulation could be better. There was also construction/renovation noises sometimes late a night, which I don't hold against, since this is out of the hosts control. Sometimes people yelling late a night as is typical in most city centers.. A bit on the pricey side but fair considering everything that's included.

Velmi se nám líbila velikost bytu, jeho vybavenost a hlavně skvělá lokalita – vše je v docházkové vzdálenosti, včetně restaurací, obchodů i míst, kde si dát ponchu. Byt je praktický a dobře řešený pro delší pobyt. Velkým pozitivem byla bezproblémová, rychlá a jasná komunikace s provozovatelem přes WhatsApp. Praktické je parkování v podzemních garážích na vyhrazeném místě a oceňujeme také zabezpečení objektu – vstupní dveře na kód a bytové dveře s koulí, tedy vstup pouze pomocí klíčů.

Jelikož se jedná o skutečné centrum města, může se výjimečně objevit hluk z okolí. Za celý devítidenní pobyt jsme hluk zaznamenali pouze dvakrát, podruhé během velkého festivalu Market Night, což je zcela pochopitelné. Při zavřených oknech je ale hluk minimální, pouze velmi citlivým jedincům by mohl vadit.

Het appartement is centraal gelegen. Het centrum en de boulevard is op loopafstand . We hebben geen auto hoeven te huren. Het appartement is van alles voorzien, je kunt er zelf strijken en kleren wassen.

Het is 's avonds een beetje luidruchtig door feestgangers.

De locatie is super en het appartement is zeer ruim

Midden in het centrum, Konden alles lopen.

Aankomst 2 min. Te laat, door problemen huurauto. En hier voor 40 € boete.
