"We love Chester and location was perfect ."

Hot water was a major issue, as the hot flow was minimal and scorching hot ( could have scalded a child) and when you tried to add the cold to gain warm/ hot water for a shower or washing up, it went stone cold! — The apartment was lovely but very cold as the radiators were barely on . Sorry James , but having said that we enjoyed our stay , so thank you. - Yours David .

"The apartment is great but needs noise reduction work."

The location was brilliant. Right in the heart of Chester city centre. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. The Cathedral is a 5 minute walk, and across the street from the Cathedral is the market area with shops, restaurants and a cinema. The parking was close by and safe over night.

The old windows let a breeze in (especially in the rear bedroom) and although being in the city centre was great for entertainment it also meant that the windows let noise in. The local bars/clubs opened until 3.30am. I would recommend secondary glazing.
