The owner is friendly and very accommodating. So easy to book with. The location is great, everything is accessible from the apartment and FREE parking is included in the heart of the city centre.

The view

The whole place was awful kitchen damaged taped doors. Dust everywhere scratched floors and dirty wall heaters cracked window. We left and booked somewhere else.

The property was in a great location

The hot water did not work and when called the host for help I had to figure it out ourselves by Chat gbt, eventually got it sorted. There was disgusting mould on the bathroom on suite ceiling which was not healthy and concerning, one of the cupboard doors were hanging off the hinges too. Also the property advertised wi-fi which did not work and only one key between two couples did not help matters when coming back separately and did request for 2 sets of keys. The extra bathroom leaked water all over the floor as water went around the bath when having a shower.

A few items of furniture were broken including sideboard, sofa in bedroom. No shower gel provided as shown on photos. Dishwasher was dirty inside and top casing was missing so didn't feel safe to use this Maintenance was poor and cleanliness could have been a lot better. Oven was dirty. Cupboards were dirty. Lots of dust in general and crumbs on the carpet. Bed throw was also dirty. None of this ruined our stay but poor communication from owner when we messaged him to say we couldn't find remote control. He saw my message but never replied. Luckily we weren't relying on the TV. Fridge needed cleaning before we put our food in.

Great location great shower comfy beds

In need of a deep clean, the kitchen needs replacing. The door was hanging off, they were really dirty and the knife and fork draws were in my opinion disgusting! The dishwasher was situating you couldn’t use it. Bedroom windows couldn’t close as the locks were broken. The sills in both bedroom need replacing and the mould clean led. The shower room had damp on the ceiling and peeling plaster. The WiFi didn’t work either!
