Die Wohnung war super, „vintage“, echt Palermo! In einer nicht zu extrem touristischen Lage, aber dennoch mitten in Vucciria.

Etwas kühl und nicht sehr hell, was aber sehr vorteilhaft, je heißer der Sommer wird.

Die Ferienwohnung lag mitten im Zentrum der Altstadt von Palermo. Alles, was wir uns anschauen wollten war bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Ferienwohnung fehlte es an nichts; auch war sie sehr geräumig. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder überrnachten und die Wohnung auch empfehlen.

The building wasn’t in good condition and there weren’t basic amenities (sufficient toilet roll, serviettes and kitchen rugs, and drinking water) made available

I loved the centralized location. It was near La Vucciria market, so all of the needs were within walking distance. The parking was a challenge, but… it’s Palermo! That’s to be expected. He did do his best to find us suitable parking and even wanted us that they would try to hustle me to pay for the parking even though it was free.

Davide's flat was extremely well located - within 5 minutes of bars and restaurants and 10/15 from most things of interest in Palermo and a 20 walk to the main station. The flat is spacious and dark so quite cool in the summer. The beds were very comfortable and the flat and linen were very clean.

Palermo is a very noisy town and this was a bit of a problem with the flat as it is so central. There was a lot of loud talking, shouting and music long into the night and early in the morning. The internet in the flat was quite intermittent which was a bit frustrating. The kitchen is tiny and although we did not cook there I think that to cook a family meal would have it's challenges. The bathroom is spacious but the shower leaves a lot to be desired and could do with modernisation and grouting.

Obiekt bardzo przytulny, czysty, w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Wlasciciel bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny. Wystarczające wyposażenie.

Głośno z ulicy, okna nie zatrzymywały żadnych dźwięków. Klimatyzacja w sypialni nie grzała, a w obiekcie było chłodno. Kilkukrotnie wyrzuciło prąd, bardzo niska moc sieci energetycznej. Brzydko pachniało w łazience po spuszczeniu wody w toalecie.

The apartment was close to lots of restaurants and cafes. Only a short walk to the Theatre, Palace and many other places to visit. So a great central location. We did manage to park very close but be aware of people trying to get money from you.

There can be some noise on the street at night-time so many earplugs would be handy.

Posizione strategica dell'appartamento, a pochi minuti a piedi da tutti i siti storici da visitare; appartamento confortevole e abbastanza silenzioso (visto anche il periodo...). Davide è stato molto carino, gentile ed educato, ci ha dato informazioni e suggerimenti sulle visite che avevamo in programma e si è reso disponibile ad accompagnarci qualora avessimo deciso per fare una gita fuori porta.

L'impianto elettrico ed il bagno sarebbero da ristrutturare
