NZGood location close to the Royal Palace and Cathedral with good views from the apartment. Good sized apartment with effective air conditioning (which was needed). Host ( who we never met ) was very willing to 'message' if problems arose (which they did).
Despite claims on the web-site of street parking it is very difficult to find if you want to park 'legally' - we ended up about 600m away !!! The apartment is a top floor/attic conversion reached by about 50 steps, some of them steep; within the apartment the mezzanine just under the roof is accessed by a staircase made of a metal grill which it is uncomfortable to walk on in bare feet. During our stay there was a slight plumbing problem which did not worry us but was possibly responsible for a power outage on our last morning - a warning notice in the apartment concerning the electricity supply suggests this was not unusual !
NLPerfect location, within walking distance from the cathedral, all the main sights and the metrostation. Lovely appartment, has everything you need. Very good communication with Giulia. I would definitely rebook this accommodation!

DEGreat location and very friendly owner - we loved everything. Free parking right in front of the building.
CZLocation, view from the balcony, communication and the overall attitude, while consider cost vs value it's fantastic.
The only area for improvement is the shower corner, it would deserve something more comfy.

GBThe apartment is comfortable and stylish. It’s in an excellent location, with great views over the gardens to the Palazzo dei Normanni, and easy walking to the other main sites. Giulia was an excellent host, very responsive and proactive.
The shower had to be held by hand as the clip for fixing it to the wall was broken. There were no compartments in the door of the fridge so we had to remove one of the shelves to enable opened bottles to stand upright. We weren’t keen on the gridded metal stairs to the mezzanine as it meant always wearing shoes to get to the bedroom and bathroom (we would have preferred wood).
