problems with electricity- there was a power surge the night we arrived while I was showering my 5yo. called the owner and apparently to fix it I needed to go to the entrance of the building (2 floors down). I think we are not the first ones it happened to - because they mention it on the “welcome” paper they left us. also - the bathroom is really dark. only one small light. and last thing - the stairs are really uncomfortable on the feet - if you are barefoot or only with your socks on - the feeling is horrible.

USGiulia met us at the apartment when we arrived in the rain. She helped us find a parking spot which was very appreciated. During our stay, she has been in contact to make sure everything is alright. The apartment is next to the Palace, and is close to everything we would to visit.
CAThe kitchen was well equipped, the whole apartment was spacious -2 levels. A little bit noisy but it was expected, we were in the center of Palermo! Our host was very welcoming and responsive. We arrived late and a complimentary bottle of cold water really made a difference for us. We had our privacy and we felt very comfortable there.
