Lack of accessibility, which is not explicitly obvious in the property description. There is no lift in the property, and the property requires you to climb up two flights of stairs. In addition, we should note the stairs are quite steep and pose accessibility issues for those with accessibility needs as well as those with asthma and similar conditions. Someone with slight accessibility requirements is unlikely to make it through the front door and this should be made explicitly obvious in the description. Adding to the above, the shower is tiny! It is impossible to cleanse your entire self within the shower as you simply cannot move a muscle once you are standing up. Again, this accessibility issue should be made more explicit. Furthermore, the property was not adequately cleaned. As can be seen in the attached pictures, the basic utilities such as the kettle and fridge were quite dirty for basic use.

AUConvenient location - an easy walk to the centre of Palermo city. Accomodation was lovely with a beautiful view.
PTParking does not exist. You can park on the street if you are lucky and there are places. AC on the room is extremly noisy.

HUThe apartment was comfy, had everything I could have need. It was also clean and I recommend it to anyone. It was so close to all main sightseeings.

ITThe location is excellent (easy to get to from the airport, by train to the stop "Palazzo Reale-Orleans"; and within walking distance of the city centre; the cathedral is a few minutes away). The flat is cozy and pleasant; there is a bakery/small shop nearby to grab some breakfast; the coffee in the flat is very good. Sabrina is an excellent hostess, very kind and friendly (check-in and check-out went smoothly; there is the possibility to leave luggage, which was great since our plane was only in the evening). We really enjoyed our stay :)
